Fade-In Slide Show issues

I have installed the fantastic fade-in slide show on: http://www.tyretraders.com.au/www/index.php

I have two problems occuring...

1/ Internet Explorer is coming up with the following error:
Line: 390
Char: 1
Error: 'fadeimages2' is undefined
Code: 0
URL: http://www.tyretraders.com.au/www/index.php

2/ Within Firefox after approximately 5-10 minutes my MAIN NAV MENU (which drops down) ends up dropping BEHIND the Fade-In Slide Show. Therefore some of the main menu is unaccessible.

Also, is there anyway I can hide all this javascript for the fade-in slide show? i.e. link the sheet? as all that info in my header has to be slowing the site down?

1. Remove the highlighted:

2. I waited for more than 10 minutes in Fx3.0.9 and nothing happened. Maybe fixing the above will help.

3. Copy all the code from inside the <script> tags (don't include the script tags) and put it in a blank page and save it as filename.js. Then link to it like this:
