How do you swap images with a target In Flash?

I have a custom vid player that i made that finally works. But theres a little red dot image on the right hand side of the controls that I want to light up whenever the movie is playing OR at least if the buttons are being rolled over or accessed.

So how do I swap my red dot for a brighter red dot image?

Can anyone post AS, and tell me where to put the actions to do this?

There isn't a generic technique to do to this. It would be specific to the custom code that you've used.
