Site review request: revamped with web 2.0 and CSS

Hey Guys

I have redesigned my current website few couple of days back.

I have added few new thing in that like

Web 2.0 advanced features
CSS based design
flash header

I really like the header, but it gets distracting. Maybe have a few seconds for people to notice it, then make it stop. Otherwise, it's great. :D Although, the text is to small for some viewers, so I would have 2 font options, one big, and one small (current).

Why does the magnifying glass image link to the contact form?

Looks pretty sleek though :)

Edit: I just disabled JavaScript on the contact form and could bypass all the validation apart from the security code, maybe you should add some sort of server side validation so you don't get as many blank emails.

In my opinion, there's too much text on the homepage... But it's probably fine.

I'd definitely increase the text size to about 13px.
