https and non secure alert

First of all many thanks for distributing this wonderful script. We are using it on one of the secure sites. All the contents are coming from secure level however, when I click on a cancel button which I have provided I am calling the hide method on the object created in parent page.

When this hide is called in IE6 it is giving me a secure non secure content alert. There is no non secure content on this page. It works fine with IE7 and FF.

Can you kindly help? Thanks in advance.

actually the problem is that this security alert is shown when I am using modal.js using dhtmlmodal object. It is serving the functionality of modal window. But throwing the security alert when I am using hide method.

If I am using the dhtmlwindow object it is working fine without security alert.

I could not find a similar theread in forum ... can you kindly refere any if I have missed?

The modal script inherits from the main DHTML window script, so any solution for the later should work for the former as well. One such discussion on this can be found here (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20478). In a nutshell, inside dhtmlwindow.js, try finding the below line:


t.contentarea.innerHTML='<iframe src="" style="margin:0; padding:0; width:100%; height: 100%" name="_iframe-'+t.id+'"></iframe>'

And change the src property to point to an actual page behind the secure layer, such as:


t.contentarea.innerHTML='<iframe src="blank.htm" style="margin:0; padding:0; width:100%; height: 100%" name="_iframe-'+t.id+'"></iframe>'

blank.htm should just be a blank page that exists.
