Wordpress function throwing an error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_header() in /homepages/31/d267335044/htdocs/layout/header.php on line 97

is showing up at the top of every page on my friend's site, here (http://vivid-avenue.net/tutorials/tutorials.php). Its not at the very top of the page but at the top of the content div. What does it mean? And how do I fix it?

I don't get any error, have you tried clearing your cache?

I removed the wordpress junk and it worked. so i accidentally fixed it. Would you mind checking and seeing if its still working fine?
