help with wordpress template

i'm really bad with blogging templates, not sure which file to edit. i'm trying to make this flash tag cloud take up the entire page, the swf is supposed to scale to the size of its container, but no matter what i change, the size remains the same. can anyone help? the link is here: http://blog.moscarda.com/
