2) Script URL (on DD): [un-altered js file]
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/ddsmoothmenu.js

3) Describe problem:
I wanted to create a top navigational
menu using JQuery. But after the menu was created.. I noticed that the
menu items are displayed under the form objects i.e. drop down list.

Any know solution, fix, trick to this?

Add this to your CSS code:

#ddtopmenubar {
position: relative;
z-index: 1000;
}

Good luck!

Is this occurring only in IE6? If so, simply increasing the z-index of the menu won't work. You'll need to look at a menu that employs the IFRAME shim feature, such as DD Levels Menu (http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/ddlevelsmenu/index.htm).
