How to use Chrome Menu with jpg images

I would like to continue to use the links on this page which are jpgs with a rollover:

but get a drop down menu like I have customized from the chrome menu on this page:

http://kimklabe.com/index3.htm



How would I go about doing this? I would assume (since I'm no coder) that the mouseover would have to point to the chrome.js somehow?
