Putting a flash menu into a website

Hi, I've been trying to put in this flash menu : http://www.fileden.com/files/2008/11/27/2203258/1112.swf into a website. I am able to put it in, but the button function does not work.

The menu in the link above only has a button under 'About' - 'Essential Concepts'. When clicked, it is supposed to go in a blogspot.com site.

When clicked in the link above, (which is the direct image link), it works. However, when I put it into a website, when clicked, nothing happens.

Is there a special coding for this?

I second the motion on what @bluewalrus said. May we view your site, link page or your xml code that makes the link not working? :)

This is different than the link you posted first. This looks like its missing an action on the button and you should also have a link to skip the intro and or go to the main page for screen readers, people without flash, and robots.
