drag and place watermark on an image?

i'm looking for a dynamic script that will allow me to drag and place the watermark anywhere on the image. www.watermark.ws does it.

If you are familiar with jquery you can do it.
Here is the sample usage (https://www.watermark-images.com/) of drag and drop (https://jqueryui.com/draggable/) so that you can track the location and can implement the same.

Peruse to the photo that you need to add a watermark to, click the photo, and afterward snap Insert. On the Insert tab, in the Text gathering, click WordArt, and after that snap the content style that you need to use for your watermark. Select the watermark, and afterward drag it to the position that you need.
