Godaddy secondary hosting form .asp

We have an unlimited primary hosting account with Godaddy. In a sub directory (secondary)we have other sites that have a form application to submit. Godaddy tells me we need a script with relay_hosting.secureserver.net in it to make the secondary directory forms work. Where can I find this?

Not 100% resolved.

I had someone write a script for one of the application pages telling them I was going to copy the script to other pages on that site and other sites we have.
I'm still having problems getting it to work on other pages. The site is www.myreversemortgageprofessional.com
The form on the index.html page works just not on the other pages.
