I need help with editing images

Hey all. There are two graphics I'd like to be edited.
- remove the fish
- remove the word "search"
Can anyone help me out, please ?

On the search one I also smoothed out the edges and saved it as a PNG to keep it a bit smoother than a GIF.

Let me know when you've saved them to your computer so I can delete them :)
