why can't I get my www to work?

I have a website hosted with a free hosting company and then I have a free domain from another and have both sides set up right. However I seem to have what would apear to be a bit of a problem. If I try to go to www.robinsden.co.cc it will not work. But if I go to http://robinsden.co.cc it works fine. It even works if I just put in robinsden.co.cc

So why is it that the www won't work?

That's to do with your host, on my host when I set it up you could have it so website.com and www.website.com would work, or you could select either, so if you selected website.com, www.website.com would no longer work.

You should contact your hosting company to see what they have to say.

thanks, I had no idea. I did not realize this could be such a big thing. I will do as you suggest and see what I can do about it.

you are using co.cc for the domain, correct? you will have to the user panel and add a sub domain of www and point it to your site.
