£750 Gaming Rig

I've got £750 to build or buy a rig that can play Crysis and FC2 on max settings and I'm pretty new to all this and dont even know if crysis maxed with £750 is possible. If it helps £750 is about $1000 (base unit only).:confused:

£750 is easily enough, especially if you build it yourself. You can get deals on motherboard / processor bundles that normally bring the price down. My PC cost around £650 a year and a half ago and it can play most games on max settings, you don't need the £400 graphic cards to play games on max settings. You could probably get one under £100 that will play games on max settings.

I'd suggest looking around that site, it's got loads of offers and they're generally the cheapest I've found.

No problem, it's much better than buying from a store like John Lewis or PC World where they rip you off for the parts.
