Expando.js and frames - a question.

3) Describe problem: It works great, but when the image expands I want it to overlay all frames rather than the image remaining only in its current frame.

Can this be done?

You cannot have elements on top of frames, unless you make special arrangements, like here (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41690).
