Favicon issue

I have used the favicon generator, created the favicon, placed the code in the site and still no results. my site: www.midstatehvac.com does not show up, however the page it points to http://bdifiore.hypermart.net/index.htm it shows up.

How can I have the favicon show up when people access the www.midstatehvac.com address?

to this:
