How can i create one (which is in green color near favicon) like this (showed in picture ) for my website?

That is the SSL certificate to show that the page is secure. You can google (http://www.google.com/search?q=ssl+certificate) around to see how to but one. It's not available for aesthetics only, you must have a secure page.
