Embedding Video

Hello, all.
There are two tables next to each other with a vertical division in the center. I'd like to embed a video - wmv - at the middle of the RIGHT table.
Should I make a NEW frame/table for the video itself? Or is there any way I can position the video at a specific X, Y-ish coordinate on the site like in CSS?

Examples from an existing site would really help. Thank you.
