Layer <div> position

I want to make a layer stay a relative position on a page, even though the user is scrolling on the page. Anyone have any tips on this. Hanna

My favorite is EchoEcho.Com's FLOATING LAYER (http://www.echoecho.com/toolfloatinglayer.htm) script but, there is also something like that here at Dynamic Drive - Floating Menu Script (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/staticmenu.htm). Both of these are primarily for menus but, any content may be used.
