Tab Content Script with sub levels & includes ??

hello,

im having trouble with this script.

what i would like to do is, when a user picks a tab it will show a sub level under the main tabs showing content options. i.e the same as my header (horizontal mouse over script). http://www.eventtrafik.com/member-profile.php?ContactMemberID=65#

so, if someone clicks EVENTS there will be the view options under. like this:

EVENTS
MY EVENTS - EVENTS ATTENDING - MAYBE ATTENDING - NOT ATTENDING

then if they click on that link it shows that content...

problem two.

im getting to much code on my .tpl file.
how can i tell it to include files?

i have been trying to put the code for each tab into a different file in the includes folder and make the tab call that file but i cant seem to get it to work.

could anyone please show me a way to make this work..
