Fixing my Sidebar and Navigation Bar in IE...

and I have No clue how to fix my Navigation bar and Sidebar in IE.

You should try to validate your site (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.narutounloaded.com%2F&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0&verbose=1&user-agent=W3C_Validator%2F1.606) since you have a large number of errors and it's quite difficult to find the one(s) that cause your problems.

I have no clue, It's a wordpress layout, and I was checking around some other wordpress based sites, and it looks like they all have way more errors than I do. So I think it's just one or two little things making my sidebar shift...and its getting quite annoying.
