Changing Font Face in Wireframe menu

3) Describe problem: How do I change the font on the main tabs? As you can see from my template, I have been able to make style changes such as using small caps. But I cannot figure out how to make this font Arial. I've been making the font decoration changes in the topmenu.css file.
