Need help with CSS configuration (Tab Content Script)

I'm not that good in CSS, so I hope you can help me out a little bit :)

I'd like to have the white "border" (marked with the red arrows) in black, like the rest. Unfortunately, everything I tried failed. So, anyone got an idea, what I have to change in the CSS file?
