Smooth Navigational Menu link when clicked pops up new window

3) Describe problem: hi i m facing a problem with this script.when i click on any link it opens up a new page for that link instead of loading the link in the current page
pls help me rectify the problem
i m unable to use frames as the sub menu does not work with frames and loading new popup window with even link is not good

wow it worked
yeh it was a msitake from my end.i was first trying to use frames to use this menu but when it did not worked well inside the frame i used it independently and forgot to remove the target tab
