help with 3d flash gallery?

In the following tutorial, the 3d wall photo gallery is created by 3rd flash software called Flash Gallery Factory. Is there any one know how to create such a flash 3d gallery using Adobe flash or where I could download a free template?

Yes, it's fairly simple in Flash. Take a look at the 3D Carousel tutorials by Lee Brimelow at gotoandlearn.com.

Those should get you started.
