how to center the dynamic tabs + where do i find the images used?

hi there! i am a little confused. i have been trying to center the tabs, but to no avail :( could someone help me? also, i can't find the images that they used. where can i find them? thanks so much for your help!

sorry! i really didn't give very much information in my OP.

anyways, i have actually found the images, but the color doesn't work with my overall theme. does anyone know if i could find these in a different color? or if there us a magical textured tab generator out there? i would be much obliged.

Open the images in photoshop or some other editing program and change them as needed then save them back and alter the border color to match what you change them i know it photoshop it gives you the hex code in the color options.
