Actually, i am making a osCommerce website in which i need UPS shipping system. How it can be generated in PHP . Why we use this system . I have no idea about UPS shipping system & integration .

I would start with the official UPS OnLine Tools (http://www.ups.com/e_comm_access/rates?loc=en_US). It looks like they provide some sort of api for e-commerce sites.
