Add background image to menu jQuery Multi Level CSS Menu #2

Sorry to start this new thread; I wasn't getting an answer in my continued thread. Please consider my inquiry for new review.

This question is regarding this menu:

I have the menu configured and it looks great. I just need to now customize it.

I am interested in setting a background image for repeat for this menu. Kind of like this menu:

but without the indent and two images. I just need one static image for the background. I have already completed my image and need to apply it.

I also want to change the opacity or html color of the drop down menus and their text color as well.

I also want to change the height of the menu and the font and size. Let me know if I need to post anything else to help resolve.

Took me a while, but I finally got it! Thanks for your help. Now that I know there is support on this board, I'll keep using the scripts here.

Have 3 more questions:

1. I used the purple menu and changed the background to my own, but I can't seem to move the files out of the "ddlevelsfiles" file folder into the appropriate "css" and "js" folder on my web site. As soon as I move them and change the link locations, it crashes the menu. Any idea why?

2. The sub menus drop down and are a couple of pixels overlapped into the top menu and a couple pixes right of the break line. I want the sub menu to drop straight down and be flush with the bottom of the top menu and the break line. Can you tell me how to do that?

3. I want the text in the submenu to align left. I tried a few simple references through a search, but nothing worked. As soon as I change the text position from "absolute" it crashes the sub menus.
