I imagine quite a few people here watch family guy, and I've watched every episode up to now. It's my favourite cartoon but recently it's been going downhill, the newest episode just sucked in my opinion (Ocean's Three and a Half), it's like they've run out off of ideas. 3 minutes of the show was just stewie singing, it wasn't even funny :S
I just wanted to know if anyone felt the same, family guy just doesn't the seem the same as it used to. Is it coming to the end?

Darn...?
I've never found such cartoons (Family Guy, Futurama, the Simpsons, &c.) very funny. The humour is really quite childish and not witty at all. :-\

I don't even watch any of those shows because they say lots of bad words and have mostly bad content... Though "The Simpsons" is a more moderate show than the others... That's just me.

If I didn't watch shows because they had bad language in them there would be literally nothing to watch after 9pm :p
But I don't think it's all childish, some of it is really childish, but for the most part they make references to things going on in the world and then put a new spin on them.
South Park for example, is just hilarious and actually has a solid storyline, instead of saying "Like that time when I..." every minute. I think it's better that south park can maintain the storyline and build jokes around it rather than having to rely on flashbacks for humour.

It figures.. If I remember correctly, it was a spoof of Bale's rant. Here's another one:

I'd have to agree. I don't have much exposure to that genre except for the Simpsons. I've found some earlier episodes somewhat entertaining but in the last 10 or so years, it's been a total time waste.

Ok, the newest episode of Family Guy "The Juice is Loose" was just terrible... I laughed once I think, and even then it wasn't hysterical. More Conway Twitty, yet again, not funny, I don't even see the purpose of it, you have to admit the shows have gone downhill, "Family Gay" came out too which was, indeed much funnier, but it's still not like the classic family guy, they're running out of ideas fast I think.
Edit: Ending was really predictable too.
