"Product review" script

I'm looking for a "product review" kind of script. Can't find it here -- maybe I'm using the wrong keywords. Anyone know? What I'd like is the kind Google Maps has. Thanks

Well, I list restaurants and bars on my site, and I would like to give visitors a space to review or rate them.
