New to Database - Help

[Learning PHP]

I have set up and configured all of my database thanks to a video in this site: http://www.easykiss123.com/easy-setup-of-login-registration-and-password-protected-areas-on-your-website/


In the beginning of the video the person does not explain how to set it up.

I have downloaded all the files and configured them and changed everything that the video asks but as far as dealing wit my database on my server I have no idea what I'm doing?

Here is a screent shot of were I'm at on my database, and I have no idea how I got there? (following directions on video I guess)

You get nothing but a white page?
