I am looking for a place on the internet where I can get royalty free images where there is no fee for the images. If anyone knows of a site I would love to know about it. Thanks.

I was thinking more like web graphics I could use to design my web site pages with like photo bucket. Something with out any rights attached though.

I don't think that there is a whole package of them. There are a bunch of them in little sections, loook at some of the links below.

There is a difference between Royalty Free and just plain Free. This is a good site for images:

You will get what you pay for, unless you look carefully for specific things. Google will turn up many sites, and many will have free samples-- if you work through those, you can probably get something useful in the end, but you likely won't find a large library of images just like you want-- it'll take more creativity (or money) than that.

Sometimes you can find some great stuff for free on deviantart.com, most of the artists just want you to let them know that you're using their stuff. Out of all these though, sxc.hu is probably your best bet.
