3) Describe problem:
I want to load an Slideshow Javascript in an div. Therefore I do load the image-slideshow.js with the loadobjs-function.

In the image-slideshow.js, there is a function called "initSlideShow". This has to be loaded to initialize the slideshow.

The problem is, that this function "initSlideShow()" is only loaded once. I have to refresh the browser.

Any idea, how to force to load the image-slideshow.js-Script?

This may, depending upon just what initSlideShow() does, be basically impossible. Say initSlideShow() writes to the page using document.write() - if it does that, it can only be run while the page is loading, not afterward when the AJAX import occurs, because by that time it will overwrite all existing content on the page.

Post a link to your page with the Dynamic Ajax Content script on it, and a link to the external page with the slideshow script on it.

There are other slideshow scripts though, one I know of may be used with AJAX, or it is possible that initSlideShow() may be modified or used in some way with your existing slide show.

John, thanks a lot for your answer.
Acutally it is not possible to access the website I devepot from outside.

I've disabled the check-routine, if the object is already loaded.
I know, a really "quick-and-dirty"-solution, but for me it works...

do you know any slideshow-scripts, which work together with ajax?
