1) Script Title:
DHTML Window

2) Script URL (on DD):

3) Describe problem:

We are getting "dhtmlwindow is not defined" Javascript error for a very small number of our users on Firefox 3.0.5

We can't replicate the error ourselves, and even have a script element onload system to ensure the library runs and that this object is defined.

We have a lot of custom Javascript calling this library so I won't post that yet. Just wondering if anyone had seen this error before and have any clue as to what might be causing it. Maybe something that is commonly clashing with other people's code etc.

Couldn't find anyone on the forum with a similar problem.

Are you saying there are a lot of other JavaScripts on the same page as DHTML Window? If so it's possible one of the other scripts throwing an error is in turn halting the rendering of other scripts on the page that follows, including DTHML Window. To confirm the issue is with the later, you may want to get your clients to test a page that contains just this script.
