Issue with expand/collapse menu

Hi, I have this css/javascript expanding and collapsing menu type section on this page (http://www.clashgraphicdesign.com/CRN/crn_EU_homepage.html)
Below the blue rectangle, on the left side, you will see Compliance Spotlight and Compliance in the News. Well when you Click on Compliance In the News, that section expands up. Right now the image title disappears(in IE) and the section is jogged down a bit. The title is visible in FF, but not aligned correctly.
It started messing up when I made the titles images.
The right side works the same way, and it's fine without images...

Any ideas will be great

I don't see the menu working at all but if you go to W3C you will see that you have a wack load of problems.

I'd start with trying to resolve them first.

Ok. but regardless of the W3C errors, everything still should work.
The menu works on FF, and IE.
