php emailing code

I have my code working already and it sends and evaluation email to couple of people including myself, but i want it to send me the evaluation and also another text in it. The text to just me and not the other people how do i do that. I am totally new to php script, can someone help.

Thanks i already figured it out i had to use the if-else statement.
