Looking for a script for client file uploads.

I've spent the last three hours looking for a specific script, I thought this was going to be pretty easy.

I need a script, where a client logs in, uploads files and can see the files they've uploaded.

Any ideas?

I've been there and there's a whole lot of nothing. I was looking for someone that has some experience with any of these? Any luck?
