I want to have that on my website (NarutoUnloaded.com (http://www.narutounloaded.com)). The video navigation which containts "Veoh" "MegaVideo" "Youtube"...?

I think it might be a wordpress plugin, yet I've searched the plugins and found nothing. Any help?
