Imagetooltip in front of other frames

i want to have the tooltip in front of the middel frame

another problem is that i can´t show the tooltip of the left links on the right side...

my english isn´t very well i hope you could understand my if you see my pagelink

The tool tip script cannot do that. There is a solution but, it is for IE only. Details on this solution can be found here (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/workshop/author/dhtml/reference/methods/createpopup.asp).
