Suckertree menu problems

I used the suckertree horizontal drop down menu code I found on here, and it is having some problems. In all browsers, the last link on the nav bar initially loads as its correct width, but then at the last second jumps out so it's like 20 px longer, and on IE6 that makes it bump down to the next line. Also on all versions of IE, the drop down menus seem to disappear sometimes. they show up, but if you move your mouse too fast while going from link to link, they disappear. Any ideas?
