Glossy Accordion Menu with Included asp

3) Describe problem:

There is javascript in (4).asp, and it works fine when seeing (4).asp link directly.

While in (1).asp, and clicking (2) menu, the (4).asp will be pulled into (3) iframe. However, javascript in (4).asp doesn't work at this situation while it's pulled in to (3) iframe ni (1).asp file.

Is there a specific way to make the javascript works under this situation? I meant the javascript in (4).asp does work while it's independent link.

To summarize, are you saying JavaScript inside 4.asp no longer works when viewed inside an IFRAME but does when viewed as a standalone page in the browser? Pages inside an IFRAME should behave just like as if they were viewed on their own.

I think the problem I have is more about combining it with Ajax. Like execute JavaScript function after AJAX loaded problem...

Allow me to change the question. The Glossy Accordion Menu (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/ddaccordionmenu-glossy.htm) shows on dynamicdrive enables users to load external file into the iframe, but only through the Header. Is there a way to make it work as well for sub-menu? like the on under CSS Examples- Horizontal CSS Menus

Apologies for this - cannot get quite the correct assistance - so this may be out of the thread...
SUBJECT - Accordion menu
PROBLEM - loading menu items from external file (txt / xml / html...)
REASON - Menu goes onto many pages, so updating the line items needs to be centralised

I tried the horizontal tabulated menu and exported my Accordion line items... WORKS FINE! but cannot get the ddaccrodion.js (v1.9) to listen to me

Please advise... I see there are similar requests going back over 2 years, without answers or replies. Is there a way yet or someone feverishly working on it? I tried the ajax reference, but that only brings a dynamic html with images.... not menu items
