java script code works in all browsers but internet explorer

Im new here so go gentle, I downloaded the Floating images II (up down) and it works perfect with all the browsers except internet explorer. Can you please help me fix this?

That said, it works fine in IE 7 here. Perhaps it has something to do with your implementation.
