Need help with table/calc

I see in some web pages they have a dynamic calculator that has a running total, I would like to implament this in to a quotes writing page so our customers can get a rough idea of a price with out calling all day long. any help would be great.

Link is to a php site, but same idea I am trying to accomplish.
as the EU selects certain options a price will increase or decrease with out needing to refresh page. I will be using radiobuttons/checkboxes and dropdowns.
I am open to any ideas as a simple effective rout to go. I have played around with a few ideas and they were just not panning out.
