What on earth??

All right. So I was browsing DD looking to help someone and came across this one thread that had to do with a scroller. I tested it out and opened the external.html. Then I pressed the back button and saw this:

I didn't do ANYTHING to edit- trust me (except for the words). What's happened here? Also, any thoughts or anything like this seen before?? I was totally flabbergasted when I saw it... :eek:
