Do you ever download a site and use it's layout?

So just download a site you like and change the text / colours ad pretty much use the extact layout of that site for the one you are building?

No. I would only do that if it was a theme that I payed for or was allowed to use and was entirely sure I was not breaking any copyright law. By the way, this thread belongs in the lounge, a mod will move it there.
