yep, it is me again writing yet another topic on DD Hovertabs. Anyhow, this is a problem that I am not experiencing, thus I don't know what to fix. However, 2 other people that have seen the page below have reported it.

When they scroll their mouse over the tab called "PC", they say the tab flashes (as if an "onmouseover" even was taking place) and it shows a red x. Then, when they move their mouse off the tab it returns to its normal state. This isn't a big deal, heck, I am not even experiencing the problem myself. Anyone here experience the same and/or know how to go about fixing this bug?

Did they tell you what browser they were using? Could be a misfiring of:

I'm not sure.

I'll ask them asap, but I am pretty sure they both were using IE6. If it was a misfiring though, how should I got about fixing it? I am currently checking through the javascript featured at DD to make sure I didn't accidentally create any syntax errors.

Also, I don't know if this matters at all, but is there a certain order that should be used in order to optimize the <head> of a document? say, you first include the meta tags, then the css style sheets and then the javascripts, or does it not matter?

Generally, you have it correct as you have stipulated in your post:

you first include the meta tags, then the css style sheets and then the javascriptsBut, it really doesn't matter unless there is something(s) that the browser needs to parse before the other things in order to render the page correctly.
