(Help)Mouseover Menu subcontents background color change

3) Problem: Please help someone out there! I am so close to having this resolved. What I'm attempting to do is have each tab color change along with the corresponding submenucontents background change. I am close, please see:

The problem is when the page first loads, the menu for each page appears vertically until the mouseover action is performed. Please help anyone out there. This is a great script!

There could be some small error, try validating your site (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.spa.ga.gov%2FTG%2FTeamMock2.html&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0). I can see that one of the errors is that you use some ID values more than once (e.g. "spacer"). You should only use one ID value per page. Fix that and that might get rid of your problem.
