Turning this menu into multi level?

Hey,

I just finished adding this menu:

to my site but was wondering if I could make it multi level, something like this:

I'm sure it's possible I'm just a complete javascript noobie :rolleyes:

How about:

http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/ddsmoothmenu.htm

It's very close to begin with, and could probably be adapted via style to look more, if not just like the bricks menu.
