Flash + Tiff Files

Is there any Flash viewers that will display multipage tiff files with the ability to page, zoom, pan?

I am looking for a way to display these tiff files to our end users with out having to use an active X control.

No, Flash does not support the TIFF format currently. Flash only has support 8 bit current channels (256 shades). TIFF images can go above 4 billion shades. If you can save the images in another format (PNG, for example), you could use Flash.
