Writing Script for my Server- Help!

Hello. I have purchased a secure site certificate from my webhost company. They don't offer form scripts though, so I need to set one up using my CGI bin myself. Does anyone know where I can find a free form script that will work? Basically people will fill out their name and email address and then they'll be taken to another page where they can download information. I just want to be able to record their name and email address before taking them to the page where the downloads are. Any ideas? Thanks.
